The livestream is viewable via the Veeps website, just login to your fan account for access at the scheduled time!
Once logged in to your fan account, click on your livestream ticket. This will lead you to your purchase page that will have a button that says ‘view stream’. Click on it and enjoy!
If you have Airplay you can cast it to your TV as well as with a Samsung TV. Otherwise it is viewable on a computer or phone.
Our livestreams are generally live events. However, it’s fully up to the artist’s discretion if they want to leave a stream up. It’s also their choice to leave it up permanently or for a shorter period.
Since we are an event-based ticketing platform, all sales are final once purchased. If the event is cancelled and NOT rescheduled, your artist will initiate refunds, including any service fees and taxes. However, tickets may not be refunded if the event is rescheduled rather than cancelled. If you’d like Veeps to review your case, please email proof of purchase and the specific show to which you are referring to support@veeps.com.
To access the streams, login to your Veeps account. Once logged in, click on your ticket and it will lead you to the purchase page where a ‘view tour’ button will be located. Click on it and you will see the schedule of your livestream. View each individual stream on the date/time it airs!
Login to your Veeps account, click on the “Tickets" button; there you will find all of your purchased tickets.
Your confirmation for your ticket is your email confirmation. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. Your confirmation can also be found in your account if you login and click on the “Tickets” tab and proceed to your event.
Check your spam/junk folder. If still not seen, re-login to your Veeps account, click “Tickets”, then make sure your ticket contact info is correct.
We don’t currently have a way to gift or transfer tickets to another person, but we’re working on it. For now, each user must have their own account to view a stream.
You can unsubscribe from all marketing emails using the link at the bottom of the emails. For texts, simply reply STOP. Please note that you cannot re-enroll to marketing emails and texts from your artists once you have unsubscribed unless you complete another purchase with that artist and choose to enroll again at that time.
To change the phone number or email address associated with a specific ticket, sign into your Veeps account, click on the “Tickets” button, then click on your event. There you will see the option to change phone numbers and emails. Just remember to hit ‘save.’
The livestream will have the accurate time zone and date listed. You can plug this information into Google with your current location to find the start time in your area. Please be sure to double-check that the streaming time works with your schedule before purchasing; not all shows are available for re-watch and all sales are final.
As of now you cannot. You can view livestreams via the website on a computer or phone.
Our app is strictly for Artist use! Fans can only login via our website.

It can take up to 72 hours due to current high demand for our livestream service.
We do not take any commission from your tickets. No set up or hidden fees.
Veeps charges a 15% service fee to the fan on top of the ticket price. Example: You sell a ticket for $10, we charge $11.50 to the fan. The $10 ticket price goes to you, the artist, and $1.50 service fee will go to Veeps.
To create an account, artists must connect with Twitter to be verified.
You can provide a different form of social media link regarding your work to our Artists Relations team in order to verify your artist profile.
We do not support free tickets, but the lowest ticket sale option is $3.
Absolutely! Aside from the $3 minimum price, the ticket prices are solely up to the artist and artist’s team.

We made the livestream process as simple as possible. You will also have an Artist Relations team member assisting you every step of the way and going through the process with you via Zoom calls.
Whenever an Artist is ready to get paid they can Request a Withdrawal by logging into their dashboard. A member of the Veeps team will then reach out to gather a W9 and wire/banking information, and have you settled in about 2-3 business days. Please note: Veeps deducts all payment processing fees from the settlement with artists.
We do not advance funds. Artists can only request withdrawals for completed events and/or tours.
Your proceeds can definitely go to a charity of your choice through our Donation Services feature! We also offer you the ability to show a ‘donate’ button on your streams, for extra donations to your charity of choice. Please make sure to read our Terms of Service for more information on the Donation Services.
Veeps has a mission to bring artists closer to their fans. Veeps offers a free messaging service and communication management platform for artists and managers to connect with fans who buy tickets on Veeps and choose to receive promotional content. These messages can be sent in the form of email and/or text and can include a photo.
